Another complaint against Infosys CEO Salil Parekh, what will happen now?
Infosys Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) Salil Parekh is not going to name the problems. Another
whistleblower has already complained against Parekh, already facing complaints.
Parekh has been accused of making a mistake in the company. The whistleblower
has requested the company's Board of Directors to take strict measures against
Parekh.
Whistleblower has
sent a letter to Infosys Chairman and Co-Founder Nandan Nilekani without a
sign. In this letter, the whistleblower wrote, "Though Parekh has been
working for 8 months a year joining the company but still he works from Mumbai.
It is a violation of the rules because according to the conditions, the CEO of
Infosys has to work from Bangalore is important. What is the problem the board
is facing in getting them from Mumbai to Bangalore?
The whistleblower
claims to be associated with the company's finance department. Whistleblower
said he could not reveal his identity. The whistleblower wrote in his letter,
"I am an employee working in the finance department. The matter is very
serious, so I am complaining without disclosing my identity. I apologize for
not releasing my identity but it the matter is very serious. "
Whistleblower wrote
that as an employee and shareholder, I want to draw the attention of the
chairman to the fact that Parekh is damaging the value system of the company.
The complaint letter
states, "Hopefully, you will take steps keeping the trust of the
shareholders in the company." Parekh did not shift to Bangalore despite
spending two months. Every month he comes to Bangalore office twice. The
company spends around 22 lakh rupees for their airfare and local
transportation.
The whistleblower has
alleged that apart from 4 business class tickets every month, the cost of
traveling from home to airport and airport to Bangalore is Rs 22 lakh every
month. However, Infosys has not yet responded to the whistleblower complaint.
