According to Nandan Nilekani, Infosys has a transparent system, looking at it; it can say that even God cannot change the number. Sebi chief reacted to this statement of Nilekani.

Actually, in the past, the Whistle Blowers alleged that Infosys' management had made a mess. According to the allegations, Infosys CEO Salil Parekh and CFO Nilanjan Roy have taken unethical steps to increase the company's earnings. At the same time, Infosys has entrusted the investigation to an outside law firm when Infosys dispute increased. After the report, the company will make it public.
